New House, Algies Bay.
A new house on a very visually prominent rural peninsular setting- it respects its ocean front landscape by using natural and recessive coloured materials, with low roof lines stepping down with the slope. Although it is 835m2 in area, it is hidden from all land based viewpoints, and not immediately noticable from the sea even though every room has stunning full ocean vistas.
