Grant Neill Architects Limited is a sole practice company, established in the Warkworth area since 1991. Over that time we have successfully completed more than 100 residential projects and numerous commercial buildings.

1988-1989: Design and Project Architect, Manser Assoc. London.- A practice dedicated to design driven modernist architecture. Project Architect on, VIP Terminal and Hilton Hotel, Heathrow Airport.
1989-1991: Design and Project Architect, Raquel Vert Design, Santa Monica, California- A small practice specialising in contemporary design residences.
1992-Present: Private practice as a registered architect in Warkworth.
Our Business
We are a very small practice, and intend to keep it that way. Our small number of staff means we can concentrate on the job at hand and focus on participation with the client. This is complemented by the use of the latest 2D and 3D computer drawing technology. We use the current Archicad version to ensure quality documentation and comprehensive 3d visualisation during the design stage.
Our Services
We design both new buildings and refurbishments or extensions.
Recent projects range from a $5m state of the art medical centre; residential and commercial development masterplanning; and residential new build, additions and alterations.
As members of the NZIA we are able to offer a full range of building contract administration services based on the NZIA contract documents. These include selected tendering processes, and administration of the NZIA SCC1 contract between the Owner and the Builder.
